Full time position; reports to Head of Field Service

• Installation of new, updated and/or retrofitted filling equipment
• Programming of application and systems software to meet customer expectations
• Support Customer onsite production runs
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Allen Bradley equipment
• Perform service based on agreed-upon customer requirements
• Timely, complete and accurate Service Report filing following customer visits
• Perform service based on agreed upon customer requirements
• Support the company strategic goals and values

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5 or more years’ experience in a related field and industry
• 3+ years of Field PLC (Programmable Logic Control) controls in Allen Bradley required
• Machine tool product knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and machine specifications
• Proficient electrical technical skills
• Availability for travel (up to 60%) domestic and international to customer sites
• Experience with the metric system preferred
• Strong decision-making skills
• Works well in a demanding environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to creatively and independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems
