Filling and capping line for shampoo, conditioner, and more
Body and hair care products are part of our daily lives: shampoos, shower gels, liquid soaps, and body and hair lotions cleanse, nourish, and protect the skin and hair, and must meet the highest quality standards. This requires the utmost precision, process reliability, and technical flexibility. This is exactly where our filling and capping systems for body and hair care products come into play.
We develop customized system solutions that are precisely tailored to your product and your requirements. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the highest possible quality of the final product. Simple, tool-free format changes, redundant filling systems, and format-independent feeders are just a few of the features in our solutions designed to maximize your system uptime.
Different Filling Systems
Every product has specific requirements that must be taken into account during filling. Viscosity and filling temperature are just two of these factors. With a variety of filling systems, you’re prepared for any eventuality. Filling at higher temperatures is possible; for creamy products, for example, a rotary lobe pump is used. To prevent air pockets, the container can be rotated in a controlled manner at a spinning station.
Various capping stations
With our modular system solutions, you also have the option of using different capping stations to ensure the right cap is applied to every container. For example, scrapers and stoppers at Station 1, brush caps, screw caps, or snap-on caps at Station 2 are no problem with our systems.
Conveyor for all cup sizes
When different products need to be transported repeatedly, using a cup conveyor saves money. This keeps the effort required for format changes to a minimum, as only the transport cups need to be swapped out.
Space for special functions
The custom-designed system solution is configured so that various special functions or even manual steps can be easily performed on a separate conveyor loop.
Siemens or Rockwell control systems
The machines can be controlled using Siemens or Rockwell systems.
