Crimping station with integrated quality control
Spray pumps, such as those used in perfumes, are securely sealed to the bottle using a crimping station.
Multiple inspection stations
We use appropriately designed inspection stations to ensure that different types of spray tubes are processed correctly. Sensors or camera systems verify the presence of the spray tube before it is inserted into the bottle.
Various filling systems
The filling station can be equipped with all standard filling systems, from a fully automatic solution integrated into the machine to a purely manual process. This allows you to configure the filling system and the associated cleaning system entirely according to your requirements or based on the product to be filled.
Cup Conveyor
A cup conveyor is used for transport. This means that during a format change, only the transport cups need to be swapped out, which allows many different products to be processed without excessive effort.
Fill Level Control
To ensure a visually identical fill level in every bottle, fill level regulation can be optionally implemented. For this, the bottle is first overfilled, and at this station, the contents are drawn off to the specified, consistently identical fill level.
