Filling and capping system for cream, lotion, makeup, and much more
Cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, and makeup require precise and reliable filling processes. Our solutions for the cosmetics industry offer a wide range of options: from processing cream jars and airless containers to mini dispensers, mini rollers, and bottles.
Thanks to modular concepts, you can customize your line and expand it or adapt it to new requirements at any time. This allows you to remain efficient, future-proof, and respond quickly to market trends.
Our portfolio covers every step: feeding, precise filling, capping, and quality assurance for the reliable processing of a wide variety of products and packaging formats.
Various Filling Systems
Our skin care filling lines can accommodate a variety of filling systems. This makes it possible to process products that must be filled at a controlled temperature. For creamy products, a rotary piston pump is typically used. To prevent air pockets, the pot can optionally be rotated in a controlled manner on a spinning station.
Interchangeable Carriage
An interchangeable carriage is available for the entire filling system, including the tank. This allows pumps and needles to be completely removed from the machine then a second interchangeable carriage re-inserts the previously cleaned system with the appropriate filling needles. This enables one filling system to be cleaned at a time while production continues.
Heat Sealing
During heat sealing, the aluminum seal is firmly applied to the jar using a sealing head under heat. This not only extends the product’s shelf life because the seal ensures an airtight closure, but the seal also indicates to the end consumer that the product is still in its original condition.
Capping Station for Plastic Intermediate Lids
For standard cream jars, a capping station for plastic intermediate lids or aluminum lids is usually recommended as a supplement to the regular capping station. At a separate station, screw caps can then be placed on and screwed tight.
Placement station for aluminum intermediate lids
The individually configurable line concepts can be equipped with a wide variety of different capping stations. With a suitable placement station, it is possible to place and secure aluminum intermediate lids so that they do not fall off during further transport. By using a changeable magazine for the aluminum lids, production can continue without machine downtime. When one magazine is empty, the system will automatically switch to the next full magazine.
Pre-screwing and post-screwing station
Screw caps are placed on the bottles at the pre-screwing station in the filling line and lightly screwed on. With the left/right screwing mode, the system ensures that the cap always finds the start of the thread. This prevents caps from being screwed on at an angle, reducing delays and waste. At the subsequent post-screwing station, each jar is sealed precisely and with the correct torque.
