To enable a prompt assessment and efficient handling of your report, please provide all relevant information as completely and accurately as possible. For vulnerability reports, response times may differ and are generally longer than for acute IT security incidents.
To ensure structured processing of security incidents and potential vulnerabilities, please include the following information in your report:
- Affected machine
(e.g. machine type or serial number) - Affected components
(e.g. software modules, control system, interfaces) - Software version
(including version numbers or build status, if known) - Detailed description of the incident or vulnerability
(including observed behavior, potential impact, and, if applicable, steps to reproduce) - Contact details for follow-up questions
