Decorative cosmetics
Whether mascara, lip gloss, makeup, eyeliner or brow filler: With maximum process reliability and precise control, we fill and seal a wide variety of color care products. Our lines ensure precise and reliable filling regardless of viscosity and processing conditions.
Our excellent closure technology also works with unstable and conical containers. And the wear-free and extremely compact rotary piston pump we developed, ensures quick and particularly easy manual cleaning.
Fragrance
An elegant fragrance needs the right flacon. Our lines also process unusual designs - they can be flexibly adapted to the desired format!
This has definitely no effect on the process reliability of the machines - the filling process for perfumes, aftershaves and eau de toilette can still be precisely controlled, whether for small or large production batches.
With the groninger lines, you are well prepared for your customers’ rapidly changing and demanding requirements: New format parts can be made available quickly, and our lines are certainly handling sensitive items carefully. This allows you to guarantee short response times and full flexibility.
Body & hair care
Our lines are adaptable: Individually adapted to the product and primary packaging, they flexibly fill liquid soap, body and hair care products.
Our goal is maximum end product quality. And the perfect solutions for your processes so that they can work effectively. That is why our lines offer, for example, simple and tool-free format changes, redundant filling systems and infeeds without format parts.
Skin care
We guarantee reliable and visually impeccable filling results and safe sealing of jars and closing of small bottles made of glass and plastic.
With various machine and line concepts, we respond individually to your needs and are able to offer a wide range of services. We are, for example, able to easily process face cream jars with a diameter of up to 100 mm.
Robot sorting and feeding
With our comprehensive consulting know-how and our experience, we are able to advise and support you in all matters relating to the field of cosmetic filling.
We also provide you with comprehensive knowledge in the field of robotics due to a large number of implemented projects. This is how we are able to offer you the best possible processes for your requirements.
The items can be supplied loose as bulk goods or arranged in trays. The bulk material is buffered in a hopper and fed to preliminary orientation via an ascending conveyor (elevator). The location and position of the items is then detected by a camera and the robot receives the information on the location and position of the items in order to be able to grab them. The trays are placed manually on a conveyor belt and the items are then sorted according to the same principle.
