Troubleshooting with RVS and VPN
With our flexible Remote Video Service (RVS), you can significantly reduce unexpected downtime. Using proven online technologies, our experts access your machine controls remotely and diagnose issues without the need for a technician on site. To ensure secure communication, we use a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Your company network remains protected at all times, and you decide when the VPN connection is activated. Access is granted only when you request our support.
Live support for precise issue identification
A small camera placed in your production area provides our service technicians and engineers with live images, enabling accurate troubleshooting. The real‑time visual feed helps resolve issues quickly while allowing our technicians to prepare for a potential on‑site visit or training session.

Qualification and Validation
We focus on best quality
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is the basis for any effective quality management. Among other things, it defines binding rules for the manufacture of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and consumer healthcare products.
Our GMP-compliant quality management system ensure the required product quality for you. Qualification and validation are elementary components. With the qualification we demonstrate that all impacts on the product quality (e.g., space, machines, devices) function as required and provide the expected results.
Ensuring that it doesn't become critical for you
The risk analysis is the basis of the validation. We set measurable requirements, define acceptance criteria and process steps as well as critical parameters and measures to minimize risk. We create functional GMP risk analyses and moderate them at your site. Our acceptance tests are documented with test protocols and reports including deviation lists. We provide you with process and instrumentation diagrams or process indicated diagram as well as material, surface and welding documentation for components that come into contact with products, media or packaging.

Central contact person
Employees in charge oversee every service project at groninger--from the service construction to the integration. They are your direct contacts. They will answer all questions for you, explain facts and make sure that you are constantly notified about the progress of the project. Your service managers coordinate all steps to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Service project management at groninger is much more than mere information - it is a personal and competent dialog.

groninger Smart Service app
With our Smart Service app you are able to get in direct contact with a groninger expert. You are able to chat, share pictures and videos and, of course, also transmit a live picture. You get answers to the questions that concern you--and that in real time.
The groninger Smart Service app operation is simple and intuitive. You only grant access to the line if it is absolutely necessary.
Through direct contact, many errors can be localized and possibly also rectified without a service employee having to be on site, this saves time and money.
Live Virtual FAT
Virtually-right in the middle of it: Our Live Virtual Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) gives you the opportunity to be part of a FAT without being physically present on site.
How is that possible? With our double telepresence robots (internally called Mario and Luigi) allows you to move freely around our machines via app or PC control. You have several cameras at your disposal, changing the perspective is just as possible as live communication with the groninger team. You can experience our technology as if you were standing directly in front of it.
Virtual reality at groninger
Experience your own groninger line before it has even been built. Identify errors before they occur. Creating a better common understanding even before discussing it at the line - virtual reality makes it possible. Also at groninger.
If requested, we can create a virtual 3D model of your machine for you, which allows you to view it in detail from all perspectives. You can view a detailed image of your line by using VR glasses. With two controllers you navigate through the line, you can easily test the processes virtually, check the ergonomics of the entire line and, of course, let us explain the machine concept to you.
