Our sustainability goals

In our corporate strategy, we have defined specific areas of sustainability to which we align our thoughts and actions. These are corporate governance, social affairs, and the environment. They are based on the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, to which we are committed in our sustainable endeavors as a company. By continuously reviewing our corporate goals and initiatives, we ensure that they are in line with the priorities of the Sustainable Development Goals that are relevant to us.

We refer to our management approach, which is aimed at effective and transparent corporate management, as corporate governance. We have clear principles and guidelines to ensure that responsibility, accountability and integrity are guaranteed in all areas of our company.

Compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements is of the highest importance to us. Our corporate culture is based on integrity, fairness and a sense of duty. We attach great importance to transparency and open communication. This includes regular reporting on our operational performance, our business practices and our other entrepreneurial activities.

We aim to minimize the impact of our business activities on the environment. After all, it is the basis for our future success. Our sustainability strategy is designed to help counteract climate change.

We have, therefore, set ourselves the goal of achieving climate neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 at our locations in Germany by 2030 and sourcing 100% of our energy from renewable sources.
